apparently there’s no good pho places in nyc

according to yelp. Just one of the many things i took for granted and now sorely miss from california…other things include having avocado with everything, driving, etc…
Luckily I found a korean substitute for pho that’s actually better tasting, more nutricious, and just about impossible to mess up on:

1 part oil
